Shipping & Delivery
Standard shipping and handling for the Aqua Bar is 5-7 business days with an expedited shipping option arriving in 2 business days. A tracking number will be passed along to the customer as soon as the item(s) ship.
Returns Policy
The Aqua Bar is a quality product, which we are sure you will enjoy. However, we also know things can and do go wrong. We will gladly replace your Aqua Bar or umbrella if there is any defect, break or malfunction within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions about our return policy.
90 Day Limited Warranty
DBD Associates, LLC states that our products are manufactured free from workmanship defects. DBD Associates, LLC will replace products with original manufacturing defects for a period of Ninety (90) days from date of purchase. This warranty is valid for original purchaser only and is non-transferable. This warranty does not apply and is void if products have been misused, misplaced, modified, or otherwise damaged through use. Each Aqua Bar is inspected and approved prior to shipment. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. This product is not approved by the United States Coast Guard, and is not to be used as a life saving device.
